Benoni Lighthouse is in need of restoration

THIS lighthouse which stands near the port of Benoni in the municipality of Mahinog was constructed in late 1980’s to guide fishermen and seafarers during night time and during stormy weather situations. It has been observed that this facility is no longer fully functional, prompting the municipal government of Mahinog to pass a resolution asking appropriate authorities to restore its condition.
